Mother's Day Hymn

Day and nights of mom are lost to an infant
Partial truth my comrades, this statement.

Child is her world, still sounds incomplete
Its not just her world, not just a planet

Its her universe, with the rise and fall of sun
Twinkling stars with the bulging bright moon

Anything new discovered by an astronomer
All that is her child for this simple mother.

She is the most efficient project manager
In executing each of her child's desire

An invisible hand in your life, always giving
Never extended for taking nor expecting

Let each one express love to their mother
Because thats the only price for care

Fill all the air with prayers so profound
For the noble soul playing proxy to God.
